Twenty years in tech, one exit, then I stopped working. Sort of. These days a bunch of agents do the work and I mostly supervise.
Agency
AI implementation that works. Ninjot trains AI Ninjas and sends them into businesses to set up AI that runs. Open source where it can be, and nobody gets locked in.
WhatsApp bot
Someone sends a voice note in Hebrew. The bot replies in every language the group set up. One Gemini call, no transcript in between. We use it at home. Host your own if you want.
Family app
Tasks, meals and the shopping list. Each person in the house gets their own page. An agent adds the recipe and puts the missing items on the list. People who are not me use it every day.
Macro brain
Agents watch 20+ macro analysts, note who believes what, and write the weekly report. Every claim links to where it came from. If one doesn't, the build fails.
Phone agent
My agent on Telegram. Lives on a rented server, reads the same memory I do, and answers while I'm at the beach.
Memory + tools
My memory, not the model's. 1,600 facts about my life on my own server, and every agent I run reads the same ones. Change the model tomorrow and nothing is lost. The Claude Code tools live here too: memento, claude-quest, speed-reader, clauding.dev.
The rest
Products, open source, servers, and the life admin that eats the hours. All built in Claude Code.
Numbers
Counted, not guessed. When two machines disagree I take the smaller number.
Say hi
No course, no newsletter, no pitch. I post what I learn as I go. Follow along, or come find me for a coffee on the beach.
